Comment / ReviewThere is no return address on the envelope. There is no website listed. It looks like a form to fill in, but all blank areas are X-ed out like this - xxxxxx. And in one area is hand printed, "NO INSPECTION NEEDED". In another section their are various car parts listed with a box next to each and some of the boxes have X's in ballpoint. In the bottom section is printed, "WARRANTY TERM: ". With a box next next to each of 5 boxes from 1 Year to 5 Year. The box next to 5 Year is X-ed by hand. There is a tiny number in the lower corner that isn't part of the form that says, "53716/09C/142686/139938. There is a short paragraph in spanish on the back of the form.
