This does indeed appear to be a scam. There are company details but they cannot be checked or false / fake. The German VAT number is easy to check but comes back as fake / false. What else this number should be is unclear. Or what about an Italian company that sells stuff made in France that they have packed in Germany? Really nonsensical. Or what about yet another Italian company (MACERATA) that literally claims to be above any law? This (unknown) company determines the law of this webshop.
Now I myself think that these strange constructions arise because the webshop is automatically translated (by Google) depending on your IP address. Anyway, the email address (marketcustomerserve.com) also makes it clear that it is a scam.

Thank you for your review—I completely agree with your assessment. It's clearly a scam. Could you mark the site as unsafe and unsecure? Blocking this fraudulent site would be highly beneficial.
