| Comment / Review | I ordered a Stanley on Dec 12, 2024. Never received it. Sent an email to ask where it was and the person said it’s on the way it just takes 5-7 days to show up on the tracking site. It’s been 6 weeks and it still says “not found” on tracking site…..and now when I email, I’m getting no response from anyone there.

Same! Ordered tumblers as a Christmas gift and never arrived. I've emailed over and over and they just say they'll refund and that has never arrived either. Now I can't even find the website
