My Creditcard-Account was charged by Getmtone with EUR 65,85. My Bank paid with reservation , cancelled the payment and charged me again without reservation a week later. I have not yet been able to clarify this. I would be grateful for any advice.

Call the number on your credit card or bank again to dispute the new fraudulent charges. If you get a new credit card, be sure to stop recurring payments or the charges will continue with the new card.
