Scam contents	Company takes money without providing product. Signed up for monthly supplements since September 2024 and now January 2025 and never received any product to date. Website claims customer can cancel subscription at any time but I was unable to.
Comment / Review	Subscription website scam. I signed up for a monthly supplement on 9/21/24 (the only way Bioadvantex allowed was a 'pre-order' monthly subscription). Since then the company has charged $44 each month, and even increased the last charge in December to $58 without my consent. I have never received anything. Nothing. I have attempted to cancel the subscription each month since October, through their website contact form as well as their email and left a voicemail. I receive no reply to anything. It is now January 2025 and I have disputed these credit card charges over the last few months but my credit card is giving the company 3 months (!) from the start of each dispute to resolve/reply. Bioadvantex website and subscription email states you can review or cancel the subscription any time, which I have been unable to. I am now left with either canceling my credit card or getting a new credit card number because of this one company.
