| Comment / Review | I have been trying to resolve an issue with Gigsberg since July, and the experience has been disappointing from start to finish. I paid for a premium section but received tickets for seats in completely different section, which offered a much worse view and had an obstructed line of sight due to a pillar. Despite providing photo evidence, it took Gigsberg three months to reply, only to offer me a partial refund of 570 EUR. I paid 3000 EUR for tickets closer to the stage, so this offer feels like an insult. If you’re thinking about buying from Gigsberg, be warned—this company may not deliver on its promises, and their support seems absent once you’ve paid.
