| Scam contents | They put you through a loan process, check your bank statements, agree to the loan. On the week of closing they tell you you need money for "insurance". We sent them money. They needed more money so we sent more. This is all wired to various people (Strinity Retail and TandR Construction). Then they asked for more money and our lawyer said not to send more. He had never heard of what they were saying. We said no and asked for a refund...multiple times. We have not heard from them since. We lost over $11,000 to these people. |

M&M Capital Finance is definitely a scam. My client was caught up in it as well, costing him 33,000 dollars. The sad thing is had this been reported to the authorities It would have been stopped. I think this scammer had done this several times but no reports were submitted, If the person who submitted this report would file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center at https://www.ic3.gov, the Federal Trade Commission at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov and to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement at https://www.fdle.state.fl.us/FCO maybe we can put this guy in jail
