| Comment / Review | I purchased two mugs from their website as gifts for my best friend and I. The mugs I received were poorly made and didn’t resemble the photos at all. My information was included on a mass email to everyone who had purchased sharing that there was an error in production as every mug made and sent was incorrect. Replacements were promised which were never received, so I requested a refund. Upon requesting the refund, they doubled down on the replacement offer of an entirely different design. I said no and requested the refund as this has intended to be a gift and the occasion had passed/I wasn’t impressed with anything related to this company or their service. I have been waiting over a month for my refund that was allegedly processed and the company has ceased responding to not only myself but multiple other people who purchased according to the mass thread I was included on.
