| Scam contents | A random invites you on steam and tells you to "help" them out by voting for their steam workshop item, but once you vote for it, you end up transferring your steam guard authenticator to them, I was very lucky and quickly reset it in my case, but got a good scare from it, so much for being a nice person I guess... |
| Comment / Review | This scam involves you trusting some random and pressing vote on some random steam workshop item, I assume the webpage is fake and the vote button has a script that makes you transfer steam guard authenticator to someone else, can be avoided by carefully reading the sms message you recieve on your phone and simply not typing in the code, stay careful out there folks
