My entire capital was 18 thousand US dollars, which I invested 3 nights ago, due to the activation of the user account or KYC, I needed to deposit 0.004 btc, which I did and according to the rules. Virfiction should have been verified at the same time and my account would have been activated. I sent an email to the support team and no one responded. Now all my capital is stuck there and I can't withdraw my money from there. 24 hours have passed but I still see that your account has not been verified. Yes, please help me.
