They'll offer you a remote position with good pay, most likely will lead to a fake check scam. Often this goes as they instruct you to deposit the fake check in your bank account. They may say your bonus pay is there as well, but they will tell you to send money to their "trusted vendors" to pay for your mini-office and work equipment. This is all fake of course - you'll only be sending money to the scammer. Later the fake check gets caught by your bank and you are on the hook to pay back what was sent to the scammers. Depending on the bank too, your bank account could be closed due to fraud.
