I live in CA. Never been to North Carolina. They sent a text saying I owe a toll of $11.69 and I should pay it to prevent a late fee of $50. Not happening!!

That's how they get you. They pretend to be from Paypal and ask you to log in to a copy-cat website so they can steal your info.

The number was 866-208-5877 The person said they are not at all involved with any company like that and they gave me their personal cell number to get help with online money which was 206-410-4011name was Evand
