I have same issue. Ordered snowboard pants 12/31/23 and tracking says it will be delivered within two weeks from 4/2/24. Number is always busy.

Scam contents	Never received the sneakers nor the refund was made.
Comment / Review	In January we placed an order for a pair of sneakers valued at 385 USD. We are almost in April and the order was never fulfilled nor did we receive a refund after asking for it several times. We have placed complains with authorities and our bank hoping to get our money back. Please do not trust this website as they are not trustworthy.
