        You could try reaching out to Gcash and provide them with evidence of the scam and see if they refund you.

        I was once recruited by that agency, and I pay a hundred Philippine peso, and completed every task. They sent me money and my withdrawal 500 pesos and I decided to stop because something seems off abot the recruiter, they would force you to top up for membership hahahhhaaaahaah
