Have you tried letting your bank or cc company know? They might be able to refund you.

ordered two small handmade figures, received some material the could potentially be made into the hand made figures I ordered.

A refined scam on PP, the seller shows one thing sends another (but related) worthless item. After many e-mails back and forth they finally will offer a refund but only if you ship the worthless item to China. As they know the shipping will cost at much as the refund. BTW, they didn't ship the item to me from China, but from a local address near me.. They will not allow me to ship it there.
