Scam contents	I ordered Govee Christmas lights November 7, 2023 from this Company, and received Fairy lights January 2, 2024 which was NOT what I ordered.
Comment / Review	I ordered Govee Christmas lights November 7 from this Company, I have contacted this company several times regarding this order because I didn't receive it, nor hear anything from them. I finally received a product that I did not order, but they replaced my order with Fairy lights the first of January 2024 (these are the dates I emailed them - 11/15, 12/8, 12/9, 12/15, 12/25, 1/4/24, 2/5/24) When I received the Fairy Lights I emailed them immediately to return the incorrect lights I received. They say "sorry, but it's too expensive to return the item" and have offered me a refund from $4 to $12 to cover my inconvenience. I purchased this on a Visa debit card in the amount of $93.41 that expired in November 2023 and the card company said they can't help because the card has expired. I am so tired of scamming companies that get away with peoples hard working money. I don't know what else to do other than report them to you.
