This scam story comes from Burkina Faso. The law enforcement is poor over there. However, you can send any scam letter from Burkina Faso to the nearest embassy

Scam contents	I ordered an actual item that seemed to be no where else I forgot to check it’s scan ratings this was only about a month before. Still no items I ordered now my card has been fraudulent used for purchases. I am cancelling that card and getting another one. Total fraud. Company called me I said no reject it it’s fraud.
