      this is the number that is associated with the address that was on my package. my compliant is the item was a personalized item and it came with the wrong name on it. . how do i get this corrected

      We received a package with 4 indoor TV antennas Digital HDTV & 2 TV Stick w/ Chromecast built-in.
      We did not order these. We were looking at them but did not knowing order them. My credit card is on file so I hope this order wasn't charged to it. Is there anything we can do to correct this?
