Don't call the number, that's what they want you to do. It's a phishing scam. There's no phone and no actual charges which you can check yourself on your paypal account (if you have one). They want you to panic and call the number so that they can pretend to be customer service and get your info directly from you.

We got a simular email and the same phone number to call.
After a little investigation I have conculded it is a scam.

I got a email today on April 8 2024 from Aus digal seller billing me for a APple I pro 256G phone by eBay PayPal for 649;99 plus $20 Which I never ever order at all and the phone the used is 61 02 8091 5974 I am going to report this to the fb1 and to the better buiness bureau and the scam fruad department

tried it with me 17/4/24
looks like a genuine invoice , with our acciubt detaiks , but someone elses address.
This makes you panic and check credit cards etc.
No money taken and just an attempt to gather more information to go with the emaik adddress
