Scam contentsMy home warranty was expiring with my mortgage lender.
Comment / ReviewI almost called these people because I thought it came from my mortgage lender. The only reason was that I forgot to pay my home insurance by about 5 days, and my lender scheduled home insurance for me which I canceled. This scam letter caused me tho think that my mortgage lender had made a mistake that required my attention to straighten out. Thankfully I did a search of the phone number and found this scam alert. These people are sneaky.

      Claims your home warrantly has expired or is about to expire, and you must contact them immediately.

      This scam seems to target older individuals. The letter that was received was sent to an 85 year old.
