I almost fell for the same scammer with the same name, Jiyad Khan. The offer letter contains the same script and language, though a different role is offered.

Scam contents	Asking me to pay upfront for a job. Requesting payment for THEIR program before I've even used it or signed the contract.
Comment / Review	This is what I believe after going through their websites, its poorly made and Addresses don't lead to their supposed buildings. One location leads to a random church in my city. So I believe they are not legit, ontop of asking for upfront payment for background and program I know nothing about. Related Websites https://magnussupply.ca/ this one has their corporate building address to a completely different similar buisness. qualityappliancesrepair.ca All of these websites have on thing in common, all the things like reviews and certain other redirects all say they are "under maintenance". Thanks for your time, I hope somebody well-versed looks into this so nobody else possibly gets scammed.
