I thought I was purchasing a guitar. I should've checked first. But got scammed for $ 55.85. Get no response from Emily or number they provide on there website.

| Scam contents | I did eventually receive an order confirmation by email but it came from support@txen.uk, needless to say, it went into my spam box. This company appears to be based in China, my PayPal account was actually charged £13.66 but the order confirmation email shows a discounted price of £11.38 being charged to PayPal. I have sent the company an email requesting the cancellation of the order and a refund of £13.66. Their terms and conditions state that an order can be cancelled prior to shipping, so I am expecting them to comply. I have asked for an email response from them. Clearly the charging policy of this company is more than dubious, and the fact that their real trading name bears no resemblance to what is on my PayPal receipt, leaves a real question mark about the integrity of this company. |
