I live in CA. Never been to North Carolina. They sent a text saying I owe a toll of $11.69 and I should pay it to prevent a late fee of $50. Not happening!!

That's how they get you. They pretend to be from Paypal and ask you to log in to a copy-cat website so they can steal your info.

Comment / Review	People have reported that they have been recieving emails that have a user name and a pastword to a usdt wallet that you need to use to log in and claim it. But the website in question is problematic and already has been reported on scamwatcher already: https://www.scamwatcher.com/scam/view/581987 Stay away.
