I ordered April 6th from JCP and I have not received it now they have blocked me where I cannot send them messages it needs to be reported as spam

Kathy-ordered April 4th, checked delivery today and says delivered April18 at 15:10. front porch court yard.I was home all day. No such delivery, and I donot live in a court yard. Hate these rip off fake companies. Just glad I didn't spent very much. If it sounds to good to be true, don't order. This is my first and last scam.

Absolutely a scam. They said it was delivered a day before we are even to in April of 2023. I am calling better Bus Bureau and Attorney General so they can be shut down.

This is a scam. Says package is delivered after 30 days and it wasn’t. I was sitting outside drinking coffee when the mail arrived. I contacted local office that afternoon and there was no way to track the package using shipping number from company. The company refuses to give a refund.

Same thing happened to me. they said it was delivered. nothing. then lied about contacting USPS and that the package had been signed for... and that they have suffered significant losses. LOL Anyhow my CC gave me a refund and the amount wasn't over $20. I learned my lesson

Ordered never arrived but tracking says it arrived. Got in contact email, sent package and again tracking says delivered but I still have NOTHING. Now they say I'm going to get 60% of my money back. WTF

been over 30 days since I placed order and supposedly I will be getting my stuff. I am getting the run around about getting a refund and got responses from 2 different people by demanded my refund after I told them that I found them to be scammers and they have not responded since!

I order $44.88 of clothing, shoes, bedspread from JCShop on March 31st & have not received one item from them yet. They said it was delivered 5-3-23.
What liars they are. They need to be stopped.

JCShop is nothing but a big scam...I have not gotten one thing I ordered yet & many more people have not received their orders either but were told they were delivered. This company needs to be investigated & shut down......

This is the response I got from them after 5 emails of them saying my package is on its way but said it was delivered when I checked tracking. Note I order April 6, 2023 and was so called delivered on May 13, 2023. And the email address was mrery@yiboai.com now the address is support@lixvb.com. I got emails back from a Taysia, Eddy and now Irene!! I want money back not their games!!

I ordered March 30. Shipment status says delivered May 3 but I have received the package. They took me for 24.74. This is deceiving because it makes people like me think it is associated with JC Penney. I want my order or my money back!

I Demanded my money back since you guy connected with shipping company that change the tracking fake tracking system that change tracking the next day not Please give back My Money back.

I too ordered blouses and never received, although the tracker indicated ordere delivered 5-14-23. Such a shame that people take advantage of others.

Ordered $45.00 worth of clothes. says it was delivered but I never received what I had ordered. Can not believe this was a scam. I am so mad. Also can not get in touch with the company.
