| Scam contents | Total false advertising . I'm copying an email I sent them below. It covers my complaint with this company. |
| Comment / Review | Refund my $10 for order # SUR240024 to my PayPal account. Your advertising is totally false. The soles of this shoe were hard as cement and unwearable by anyone with foot issues-any many without foot issues. Top of shoe looked and felt like cheap felt material. I cannot believe any reputable podiatrist would recommend these shoes. What is your podiatrist's information? I would like to communicate with him/her. Furthermore, I know your scam: falsely show the shoe as if it had a cushioned insole and quality uppers, quote a (well-paid) podiatrist's recommendation, charge $55.00 when the shoe could have sold at a discount store for $20.00 (maybe), if your cost was $10.00 you profit $45.00 and never have to refund that once the customer wants to return the shoes due to high shipping costs, then you "generously" refund the customer $10.00-- $35.00 profit per shoe sold in the US. Not bad. Never again, Pamela Cox (In addition, I see these shoes on Amazon for $19.99 and another site for $14.99 ).
