A number of users have reported suspicions of a scam involving a website called labgala.online. The site allegedly uses Shark Tank star Lori Greiner's image and the QVC logo to sell a weekender bag. Many customers claim to have submitted payment information but never received email confirmations or responses to their inquiries, despite being charged for their purchases.
Some users received confirmation numbers but were unable to access any information regarding the tracking numbers or the status of their orders. One user reported having requested a refund after realizing the website was not affiliated with QVC and only received a response four days later, informing them that a refund had been issued. Others have reported being notified by their banks of the fraudulent nature of the transactions.
Several users have advised others to beware of the website and to check with their banks regarding dispute policies. Many users regret not having done more research before making purchases from the website.

I also ordered the weekender bag having purchased it before from QVC years ago, thought that this was just a surplus item that was being reduced. Placed the order got a confirmation number but could never get any information regarding the tracking number when tracking number was provided it led nowhere. I requested a customer service phone number so that I could call them none was provided I sent them an email Stating that I was aware they were not affiliated with QVC in any way shape or form and that I wanted an immediate refund or would be contacting authorities. 4 days later far outside of the 24 hours they requested for email response I received a message in my Spam that stated I had been issued a refund please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund it has been 48 hours since then still no refund.

I was also scammed by this company!!!!!
Please people do not purchase from them.
My bank also notified me of this fraud.

Daughter ordered these weekender bags also. Found out it was not a legit site or affiliated with QVC. The bank has notified us that this is a scam and a dispute will be sent out requesting a refund.

Check with your bank and their dispute policies. You have 60 days to dispute a transaction on your Debit or credit card.

No wonder it took more than 60 days for the product to be sent. They will get their karma. I am glad I only bought one item. I should have done more research, but I learned. :-)

Beware!!!! this website is a scam didn't get a email confirmation from labgala.com on the weekend bag they are not associated with QVC website. Make a call to your bank and report the fraud and cancel your credit card 💳 What a shame the length that scammed will go to steal people money!!!💰 🤑 I should have done more research!!!! Shame on you 😢

I am so angry that these scums are out there. I fell for this and now I hope my BOA card will reimburse me!! I can’t stand how no one wants to work for legitimate money but instead chose to be leeches

Wanting to know if Labgala and the travel suitcase offer is legal.. If not is it possible to get a refund for this item .. ordered on 03/23 order # P1202303109608474 for $39.98 on my card.. It was a QVC Hot Deal thought it was good ..Please let me know if anything can be done..

Nancy, several of us have posted here about Labgala and have not found them to be trustworthy. That QVC logo is fake and the video is six years old. I demanded a refund from them when I found out what was going on and I have not received it yet. I demanded it two weeks ago. I wish you luck.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received the weekend bag. I received an initial email but no further correspondence. I really think this is a scam and I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

I too was scammed out of $60. I contacted them after the allotted time they stated the bags would be sent. They emailed me back stating that they have so many orders and would have to allow more time. WHY DOESN'T QVC take action? They are reporting that they are a QVC outlet! QVC employees should also sue them for using their likeness, ie: Rick Domier and Carolyn Gracee, not to mention Lori Greiner. Too many people falling for this scam. Gotta remember, if it looks too good to be true, it's a scam.

I have been scammed as well. I got a confirmation number but after not being able to tack the number and much research in addition to communicating with QVC, I found out this website was a scam. It was on FB and indicated it was a protected site etc. have had to contact my CC company to place a dispute on the purchase.

I ordered a piece of luggage featuring Lori Greiner on March 11. Never received confirmation and have not received the purchase. My credit card statement I just received shows "SWOOSH TRANSFER MANCHESTER"
Does anyone know what this is? I will report to my credit card bank.

I ordered this on March 28th and tracking shows that it was delivered April 23.
It was not.
I was home all day.
I tried to send them a dispute but the link was inoperable.
I disputed with Chase and was immediately refunded.
Dang scammers!!

I am so angry! I received tracking info and checked it at least once a week. Tonight I checked it and it told me the item weekender bag was delivered, and it WASN’T!! They even have scam reviews that the product is great! I read the reviews but didn’t realize it was a scam until it was taking so long to arrive. Arrrrgh! I feel like a fool!!
