They ask for money over and over and say that if you don't give it, your account will be frozen. and you never get your money

Definitely don't get too close. the website BIG SCAM took my 400 bucks from me. If you want to be sure that they are a scammer, tell live support that you forgot your password and the ASSISTANT will tell you your password. Think about it, can you give an account number in any bank and learn the password
