ADDRESS Contact Details: 563537475 (comment - this is not a phone number) 1946 SE 147th Ave, Portland, OR 97233 (comment - this is a residential address) On their FAQ page: WHAT DO I DO IF MY DELIVERY ITEM IS DAMAGED? If you received a damaged item after your scheduled delivery, please contact our Customer Care Team at admin@batgearshop.com. That address is connected with multiple fraud claims, which I unfortunately discovered after they got my money.
Comment / Review	They claim to sell lamps on this site. I ordered one and never received confirmation, nor have I received a reply to three efforts to reach them through their "contact us" page. Further investigation - found that they are listed as BESTDUKA.COM FASHION S DAR ES SALAAM, TZ, which pulls payments from many, many other fraudulent sites. They're in Tanzania.
