I was scammed for 661.00 dollars. It was an online store and now can’t login the phone number is out of service and I was guaranteed my money back if I wasn’t satisfied.

I got scammed out of 2 websites they said i could build but im stuck with 2 non working websites

I saw an ad that said I neded no experience had to do nothing. I signed up and now I get into a place that is giving tutorials to set up website and do all the work they said they were going to do. I tried getting someone to do the setting up and the username and password does not get us anywhere.
