I had a 7-day deadline for my order, I wrote them an email to ask for the address where to return the product, but due to the distance and the transport fees, they proposed to me I keep the product or donate it and they retitled me part of the money.

Produse de slabă calitate, nu au nicio legătură cu ceea ce prezintă pe site! Nu cumpărați nimic de la ei! Made in China! Finisajele sunt de proastă calitate, cel mai prost produs pe care l-am achiziționat în viața mea, nu pot să îl port nici măcar prin casă!

Κλέφτες! Μακριά από αυτούς! Αγόρασα ένα σετ που υποτίθεται ήταν λινό και ήρθε ένα κουρέλι. Δεν επιστρέφουν χρήματα. Κάποιος πρέπει να τους κυνηγήσει, αλλιώς κάνουν ζημιά και σε άλλα eshops.

Am văzut reclamă pe FB cu promoție de 1+1 iar la livrare am primit o singură brățară la un preț exagerat. În momentul când am întrebat de promoție și am menționat faptul că nu au ajuns cele doua brățari doar una singura am primit un răspuns scurt cu mesajul: data viitoare să fiu mai atentă când comand. Nu recomand!! Te păcălesc cu oferte inexistente.

Niste escroci, am comandat o geanta despre care spune ca este din piele naturala dar este un fel de musama. In colet nu a fost factura, Am nevoie de aceasta pentru retur si la mesajele mele nu mai raspund.
