| Comment / Review | I purchased a small pocket knife from https://www.schradeknives.store. They do not have a phone number. They do not have an email address. I have reached out over 5 times asking about my order, asking for a receipt, asking for shipping, asking them to cancel. Nothing. No response. The charge on my card is from TELLGOODSIDEO COM SHEN ZHEN SH CHN. I sent the same messages to the tellgoodsideo.com website in addition to the schradeknives.store website, but no response, of course. The first charge was for $15.09, then they added an international fee of.42. I had to close my card, which is a mess, because of auto debits. Plus I now need to file a fraud complaint with my bank.
