| Scam contents | Says they are from Kinston, North Carolina and selling teacup chihuahua puppies from a company called Gracious Chihuahuas. The are selling puppies for $500 and $105 for delivery fee. There website is not copyrighted and when moving forward with adoptions they act like concerned sellers. They ask about the family, how often they will see a vet. The big red flag was saying the puppy is microchipped. You cannot microchip teacup chihuahuas - the needle is too big. It's a special surgery required when they are adults under anesthesia. When I said I would move forward with adoption they offered zelle but to a different email address with very weird characters from Hotmail (note, hotmail no longer accepts new accounts). As i did a reverse search image of the puppy (which came up with nothing) they pressured me to "hurry with payment, their cashier is leaving soon!". They then offered to do a $300 deposit and pay the rest upon delivery. They pressured me again to pay quickly while I reverse searched their number and found a scam report for the same number but under a different "company" name. |
| Comment / Review | I asked for them to do a video chat with me and the puppy and supply pictures of the puppy's mom and dad - they refused. I attached pictures of our conversation and would also like to report pictures of the "puppy" they sent me but it wont let me upload more pictures.
