Please do not shop there and keep a good distance from them.

If it's been that long with no communication from the seller, you might want to take things to your bank and ask if a refund is possible :

I ordered 2 items in February 2024. Its now the end of April and I haven't received anything. No contact either!
I smell a SCAM.

Request a Chargeback from your bank or cc company before it's too late.
