      I lost $2000. This company is a fraud. Paid $2000 for a Christmas tree. They are always saying that they are having problems with the order and never sending it. I asked for a refund and they stopped replying to me. They are a scam, don't be fooled by their nice website.

      Bought some Christmas decorations and never received them. This is a fraud, I lost a lot of money. Please beware.

      Their section on the home page about why they are the place to buy artificial trees is lifted from Balsam Hill, including the "True Needle Technology" which is exclusive to Balsam Hill. They didn't even proof read it close enough to remove all references to Balsam Hill. How is this site still up?
