Scam using Paypal
ADFLURRYNET
Date | 08/17/2022 |
---|---|
Pseudonym | ADFLURRYNET |
Scam contents | Responding to an on-line ad for a smart watch, two were ordered from website: buypurecare.com/p/purecare-ewatch? . Delivered product was incomplete and deficient. Return was attempted. There was no return address. The payment of $76.41 via PayPal had been credited to ADFLURRYNET. Adflurry Network Technology Limited, a Hong Cong company, contact was attempted on line; a monetary pre-payment was requested, as well as credit card information, before any contact or communication was allowed; that information was not given. Beware of ADFLURRYNET and of buypurecare.com |
Comment / Review | The product that was ordered and received required charging, but no charging equipment was included nor described. The "directions manual" was a thin, postage stamp sized piece of paper with tiny print that was readable only with a strong magnifying glass. No return address, no phone contact number, and no access to a company representative without leaving full credit card information all suggest a shady business.

Hello, have you tried to dispute the purchase on PayPal?

Ditto, same here. My product was a security "lightbulb camera". Does not work--no return address or company info provided.
