This is an “Illuminati recruitment” scam. This scammer claims to be a member of the Illuminati, and that you have to contact them to start the process of initiation. Of course, you will eventually have to pay a large amount of money to be fully initiated. Do not contact this person — they are not a member of the Illuminati; they will run away with your money if you give them any.
Be aware that scammers constantly spam comments and fake testimonials all over the internet in the hope that someone will be desperate enough to contact them — even the most obscure forums and websites have scammers who prey on vulnerable people. Always be vigilant and skeptical of anything that seems “too good to be true”.
