Hello Keith, the best course of action is to contact your bank or credit card company and ask them about the possibility of Chargeback.

I ordered 2 shoe racks and it's been 2 months now. Item showed delivered but I have not received anything. I emailed customerservice@xinyonons.com and said to call the post office and Canada post said items did not enter Canada yet. Not sure what to do to get those items, need help please.

Hi Jem,
Much like the other users above, chances are they sent you a completely different item than the one you ordered. You will most likely have to call your bank or cc company to ask for a refund.
