I have been totally scammed by this vendor. Received a small bag full of old rusty pieces of nuts and bolts instead of an item I ordered on line. Total rip off

I get an email from them and an email from inckwp, Co., hengjia2021@outlook.com \| inckwp.Co.,Ltd \| This was not what we ordered. No directions, wrong size looks difficult to put together!!!
