I ordered from this company. Received the order but need to return it because it’s not what was shown.

I ordered on the 15th September 2023 and still awaiting the goods. I have asked for a refund but told I cannot have as the goods are in transit. Looking at the tracking the order has been to USA, China and Belfast.
