| Comment / Review | I have ordered a road bike and agreed on 50/50 payment for it . Then had my order canceled for requesting extra payment ( they told me that they can’t ship until I make other 50% payment , then promised a refund after order cancellation however, refund still not been made and the company is not responding at all! All proofs are available if needed

If the payment was made using Paypal you can file a dispute and demand a refund:

If you used a credit card you can use Chargeback:

Then perhaps you can contact your bank and see if the transfer can be cancelled or refunded.

Same to me....using Western Union. This website is scam.
