Number popped up on TV, I called and they said they were Amazon claiming to activate TV. They had access to my TV!!! Asked me for the code on TV.. Sounded totally legit. I gave credit card info. Got notification from bank notifying of possible fraud. Got suspicious. Put number in computer. Yep fraud alert. Cancelled card immediately. Changed email and Amazon password immediately.

When I clicked the Amazon application on Roku and attempted to play a movie this number came up with a notification to renew my account. The movie started after I spoke with them. They have not hacked me, they have hacked Amazon. Amazon was of no help...

Trying to get prime on my tv, gentleman brought me to bit coin and charged me 492 dollars and said i could call the president and nothing could be done. On phone now waiting for my bank to report fraudulent transaction.
