Allo allo.com I the Philippines is a fraud. I paid $175 for a refurbished phone and they closed my account after never delivering the phone and now there is no way to contact them. No customer service phone line available and now I can’t access my account on the website

Hi John, I can just agree with you. I did a second purchase, a big mistake!
The first had gone very well. But for this one I received the iPhone damaged and not working. So I followed the procedure to return it and I have now been waiting for over a year either for an exchange or a refund. Support requests are automatic and do not answer your questions. I was then removed from access to the account level support request. I was also able to exchange via email but frankly they were making fun of me. I have proof of what I write here. Having paid with my Visa card I tried their insurance but it only works for new products. I also tried the Consumers' Union, which referred me to a European Community service, but since Alloallo is in Hong Kong, they said they were powerless. So my advice is to forget about this dishonest site!
