Comment / ReviewThis company sold us tickets for a flight that did not exist. When we tried to check in and could not, their support claimed the flight had been cancelled just 2 hours before. They also claimed they could not refund our tickets as the airline would keep the taxes and fees. All of this was untrue - the flight simply did not exist - they just outright lied to us. Attempts to get the support person to re-book on an alternative flight were unsuccessful - this just hours before we were due to fly so very stressful. I recommend you do not go anywhere near this site.

      Absurd cancellation charges, not following their own rules mentioned in their website for cancelling.
      Very rude customer service

      Anyone who has faced harassment from them , please file a complaint with U.S Department of Transportation , they helped me to resolve the issue with them.

      There is a very simple form by them where you fill the details and submit. They got back to me within reasonable time period. Trustpilot is not allowing me to post the direct link here.
