They share an archive of other 3D collections upon payment - however, they don't have the license to resell these assets, so you are getting no valid license and using any of these models would constitute copyright infringement - so the whole thing is a scam, they are selling content that they don't own and thus anyone using their content will be committing copyright infringement.
