Scam contents	Online retailer, but items never ship.
Comment / Review	They have access to a tracking number database, and supply incorrect tracking numbers to PayPal when a dispute is created. The tracking numbers are for parcels delivered to the correct city, in the same time frame, but not to the correct recipient or address, or from the correct shipper (the actual shipper was Amazon). I was lucky that UPS supplied an address when I started a claim with them.
