        I received my boots in mail yesterday. Tracking # is9274890247881261621782. They do not fit and are too flat. I need to return them and get a refund. I need an address for the return. I am texting you 2 days within receiving them so there should be no problem receiving a full refund. Please send me a return address. Nothing came in the package but the boots.         The product is certainly not as described in the advertisment! Not only are they NOT Sketchers they are a very cheaply made imitation This site is a scam!

        I have been going back and forth with them over email. They told me that they would issue a 15% refund and a voucher for 50% off my next order. No thanks, I will never order from them. called credit card company and am disputing. SCAM. SCAM>

      I tried to call the number but both were not in service. I have been waiting for my order since Nov. 3 but until now I never got a notification from the company. I will till next and I need a refund or dispute if I don’t get it.

      Advertised on FB “Last Day 70% Off/Cowhide Leather Flat Heel Boots. $105.78 NOW $45.99. Shipping $4.99 = $50.98.

      The shoes are completely a thin cheap plastic, nothing is near to cowhide leather, as advertised. Soles are thin plastic.

      Ask for a return and refund via email sent October 22, 2021.
      No reply.

      Accept on November 16, 2021, received another pair with plastic beads. Not cowhide leather, not what I asked for.

      Now I have two pair of shoes from this fake company.

      I ordered a pair of boots. The money came out of my account. I still have not received the boots. I am furious! I am a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and will be reporting this to the FBI.
