ShengShengk is my scammer. On September 7, 2021 I, too, ordered a windmill. 2 weeks later I received a windmill silhouette cut out of polished stainless steel for a total of $64.98. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, filed a claim and, by October 9, 2021, have received my refund. Thank you PayPal.
