Definitely is. I did the same. Went to get a £2 DBS check and they took £25.99. No email confirmation and no check done. A week later they took another £65 from my account despite gone having cancelled my card. They’d set it up as a subscription which apparently moves into a new card!!

Took £25.99 out instead of £2 followed by a further £65 a week later. Never heard a word from them. Name taking money out of account is “Alpha”.

Definitely a scam, as is the 'Footistic' site itself. This fraudster is preying on both aspiring footballers and people looking for an honest job doing customer service from home.
I have reported them to ActionFraud.
