Taking money with no actual intent to deliver product.

Was told a shipping error happened. I recieved a 15cent trinket instead of a Chainsaw. Asking for a refund was not in there languages since they are CHINESE based an couldn't care less

Total scam. Thieves. No product received since 12/29/2020. At first they respond that it's on the way, now nothing.
