I have been totally scammed by this vendor. Received a small bag full of old rusty pieces of nuts and bolts instead of an item I ordered on line. Total rip off

Scam contents	Thier ad was on offer up.they sent me a letter saying thanks for using the gateway service.if i have questions contact them but they dont answer.i never recieved anything.
